Unidentified frequencies and a control channel tellico plains area

Now first of all the following frequencies are not connected with the control channel I found but anyway here they are maybe someone can help me with this the first one I found I caught it with close call it was a repeater so I would say on wacheesi 169.7125 didn't catch the nac code sorry the next 159.5325 analog no tone but two men talking and finally 406.975 nac 001h sounded like a control channel any thoughts thanks

I'm not sure about the first two frequencies but 406.975 is one of the controls for site 1 on the DOE Wide Area Radio System in Oak Ridge.

My first thoughts on both were as the others said, but, thinking about it for a second... both sets may have to do with TVA's new trunked system they are rolling out, too.

Are you referring to the Harris system?

This one is TVA. I hear traffic everyday. At times they mention TVA dams by name.
The traffic on 169.7125 NAC:298 & 169.625 NAC:183 is the same.

That system is already in place and has been operational for quite some time.

I was forwarded a job looking for a system administrator and technicians for a UHF Harris trunking system that was going to go online. We couldn't figure out who it was, then IIRC I found where L3H and TVA had let some kind of new contract recently. I don't have a link to the job ad or the harris blurb I found handy, though.
