I've decided to post this list so that anyone with maybe more info, or that has also encountered these systems can add and expand the DB.
All of these frequencies/tx are from this past week.
The info is from DSDPlus FL. - Site#, protocol, DCC, and neighbor list, are listed.
All of these were searched from the database and nothing from Hillsborough came up. In a couple of them (1-2), there were systems that came up from neighboring counties, but the DCC was wrong, as was the site #, so I believe it may be a different system. Most were completely absent from the DB, or way too far (Palm Beach, Miami)

Unidientified, with voice heard:
452.39375
-site 5, cap+

463.9375
-site 1, cap+ DCC:1, RAS NL:2, 4

461.05
-DMR, DCC:4

457.5125, FM analog

461.675
-site:1, cap+, DCC:2,
---------------------------------------
Unidentified, no voice heard:
452.350

463.2875
-site 2, cap+, DCC: 4

461.025
-site:3, DCC:7, NL: 1,2,4

452.350
-Site:3, DCC:7, NL:2,4 Cap+

461.9875
-site:2, DCC: 7, NL:1,3,4

Would the RadRef Wiki be a better place? Or does this one get vandalized like WikiPedia?
Perhaps, I just figured here would be best so people can actively comment on findings and discuss these.

Maybe we can even get a sticky going for unid'ed Florida frequencies so people can share information about new findings and help people with frequencies they may know about.

I think an initial post here is OK, but I suspect it scrolls out of view fast enough that making an entry in the RRWiki under unidentified for the county is worthwhile. That's what I have been doing for my area.

454.39375 is the Hillsborough repeater for the Highland Wireless system.

I suggest you check various systems around Florida before determining that frequencies are unknown, as they may already be in the database somewhere.

You're right, my bad!

Guess once quarantine's over and done with, I need to get my eyes checked. :D
lol no problem, same last 4 digits - almost got me for a second too! I was half asleep when I posted this last night so I didn't even think about it when you said it, then i was like wait. I remember that frequency was definitely not there.

A few things based on my notes and experience. These are based on what I monitor in Hillsborough County (Brandon Area). Your area may hear different things. If I don't know, I will put question marks in the line:

-452.39375 ?? No licensed stations in FL. Either someone's transmitter is off or someone's receiver is off.
-463.9375 likely Telecom Network -Lakeland Site (Formerly Allcomm Wireless, now part of MCA).
-461.05 likely NY Yankees stadium
-461.675 ?? likely Mosaic, probably Mulberry, rest of system is 462.200 cc3/462.325 cc4/462.425 cc5
-452.350 likely Mosaic tampa
-463.2875 ?? likely St Anthony's Hospital, may be Amazon, may be Chevron, may be
-461.025 ?? likely Mosaic in Lithia
-452.350 likely Mobile 1 LCP system
-461.9875 likely part of new Moffitt LCP

Hope this helps. TT

Awesome, thank you. I'll keep these to check against what I hear. I think one of the Mosaic ones makes sense from what I heard, the rest I'll have to check but this gives me a good place to start.

463.9375 is Lakeland Site 1 CC1 of the linked Allcomm system used by Critical Intervention Services and several other businesses. System uses RAS. I dont believe any encryption is used on the system.
