I have found two talkgroups on the palmetto 800 system 28243 and 28242. Heard what sound like some sort of "Narcotics" surveillance. Was curious if anyone new what agency this is? It's not local SO or police. They were being carried on the Aiken and North Augusta sites and possibly more.

Im currently trying to identify the national guard talkgroups as well. They are currently only using 3 talkgroups. This is what i think the config is for NG.

27871 - McEntire Joint National Guard Base (McEntire OPS)

27872 - Statewide/Roam ???

27873 - Unknown if in use

27874 - OPS ???

27875 - Unknown if in use

I know the TGs sometimes don't go in numerical order so the unknown ones may or may not even be legit TGs.

I believe those are the only three in use as they only had three talkgroups on the system when it was type II. This is what i came up with.

Type II (OLD)

58288 = E3B = Columbia
48880 = BEF = Roam
50896 = C6D = Ops

Phase 1 (NEW)

27871 = 6CDF = McEntire Joint National Guard Base (McEntire OPS)
27872 = 6CE0 = Roam ???
27874 = 6CE2 = Ops ???

This is just a thought they could be using 27873 as an ops 1 and 27874 as an ops 2. i will monitor them all week and see what i come up with. They could have added talkgroups as when the system changed to p25 a lot of agencies added talkgroups but I believe its the same 3 for the national guard.

You can also see the talkgroups transmitted on in the broadcastify calls page. That's how I found many of my unknowns.
