Yesterday doing an activity scan on the KSICS Little River (Rice co) tower, I got hits on three frequencies. No Talkgroup information popped up.

I tried a search of the FCC database, found nothing in Rice, Reno, Ellsworth, Barton, or McPherson counties.

The frequencies are:
851.0062
851.3062
851.3250

Does anyone have any ideal who this might be?
