Unidentified on 420 KHZ

Does anyone know the location of a beacon on or near 420 KHZ "V7BE3" heard here in central Alabama several times? TNX K4PBN Birmingham

Not uncommon for those rigs to have an NDB so the crew helicopters can find them.

That is the drilling vessel Deepwater Proteus, probably in the Gulf
There is another on the same frequency called "V7BE2", Deepwater Thalassa.
Here is another vessel on 410KHz "V7YE8" called Rowan Resolute
