Unidentified site: 86392.04C NAC:AA2 near Augusta

I have run across a site where I cannot find any information about. I am pretty sure it's military type system. There is no BSI information transmitted. The Control Channel frequency is 387.4250. Just was curious if anyone else had monitored this site. It is totally encrpyted.

You gave him all the info needed to look it up in the RR database 86392.04C and the freq

My bad, I entered the system ID in wrong box, DEC instead of HEX.................

387 band would be Federal under the NTIA not thru the FCC
and that band is specific to Military - so no way for the GP [General Public] to look them up.

Any system ID or other data [R ?, S? or NAC?]
