I'm picking up traffic identified by SDRTrunk as TG 1051 on Hickory Simulcast this morning. It doesn't appear to be normal police traffic. They are talking about where the "lead runner" is. Apparently there is some sort of running event going on in Hickory this morning.

What you heard was an HPD Event TG..
The event was a charity running marathon that crossed most of northern Hickory.
This TG will pop up from time to time when there are goings on downtown on Union Square as well.
