I've done a search for this and see some have had this problem. Followed the advice....stop-start, type freq. then quit, start program again. If I put the freq in it will follow the data but still does not give me the freq just shows the cc freq. What can I do to fix this. It is with an ibm t30 to the line in. Thanks for a great program, that wish it would track the freq's for me. foxtail

If this is a P25 system, wait for the system to eventually announce the bandplan. You can check the Bandplan tab to see if the program has caught some of the messages that announce the plan used by your system.

For Motorola, go to the main options tab and make sure the default 800 Mhz plan is correct for your area. If this is an 800 or 900 Mhz system - no further action is needed. In some cases - a restart of the receiver will expedite the logic to apply the bandplan to the zero'd frequencies.

For Motorola VHF and UHF systems - you can download the bandplan for your system from the RR DB. For EDACS and LTR - there is no bandplan. You can download the frequencies or type them in manually.
