yesIs the system running on UT when you click it?
im sorry, what do you mean by system window, i have the physical .exe running, im clicking the download button as it instructs on the correct tabWhat exactly are you trying to do? Because if your hitting the download button on the main window, thats not how it works there, and will not pop open a box. If you click it from a system window on a system that's running, it will prompt for useridass
my main issue is i can't open the RRDB button to import the system. that button aint workinLets try again, you need to have an active system running, not just have the program open, but a system running/decoding, and then click on the download button from the system screen as seen on the right side of the attached photo, not the opening radio screen.

your a life saver. thank you. thanks everyone for your help as well!Yeah, that does not work as people would think if your adding a new system.
You actually hit the Plus Sign to add a system. It brings this up.

Then pick what you want.

Then pick the system id that's listed in the database for the system you want to download.

Fill in both boxes based on your systems protocall and sys id.

After you hit OK, the system appears in the systems tab. If there is another system with the same sys id, you will be prompted with all and have to pick the one you want.
Now click on (single click, just to highlight) the newly added system in your systems tab

Now hit the download button. It will now ask you for your useridass

Then give it a minute to download.
NJICS sort of has like 40 control channels thoOr just enter the active control channel in a signal VFO and let the program create a system for you.
You are only going to be listening to one control channel on one site unless you have multiple SDR dongels running with different signal VFOs set up, and multiple voice VFOs with multiple SDR dongels assigned for the frequency spread.NJICS sort of has like 40 control channels tho
I have 2 SDR's. How do I configure this to have the 2 control channels then? It would help also if it wanted to download to as nothing is populating it seems. You are only going to be listening to one control channel on one site unless you have multiple SDR dongels running with different signal VFOs set up, and multiple voice VFOs with multiple SDR dongels assigned for the frequency spread.
You set up four VFOs two signal and two voice, enter the two control channels one on each signal VFO, with a voice VFO for each signal VFO, assigning one SDR to each signal VFO.I have 2 SDR's. System : New Jersey Interoperability Communications System (NJICS) Trunking System, Statewide, Multi-State

Got NJICS to import but no control channels imported with it... Suggestions? You set up four VFOs two signal and two voice, enter the two control channels one on each signal VFO, with a voice VFO for each signal VFO, assigning one SDR to each signal VFO.
However, you will not be able to hear all voice frequencies on the voice channels (VFOs) depending on how wide the gap is between the lowest freq and highest freq on the site as the SDR range is limited.
UPDATED: I just noticed that system is Phase 2, UT does not decode Phase 2 voice, it only shows the TGs, RIDs, and frequencies in use, but NO voice.
