Unitrunker & 396XT

I have been trying to get Unitrunker up and running, but so far no luck. Can someone point me in the right direction. Is there a users guide anywhere on the net? I've read the Utah post, but I need a little more in depth sort of step by step for the 396Xt. Any help would be appreciated.
By the way, I am primarily trying to check an EDACS narrow site.
