Unitrunker and P25 Problem

I am using Unitrunker 1.o.32.7 and DSD1.74 to decode AP25. There is one target and it's multiple source signal that it would seem doesn't work. All other target and source signals decode perfectly except this one. I have also verified using a scanner that it is an AP25 signal. When it becomes active in Unitrunker it doesn't scroll in DSD. I have the priority set to 10 but nothing happens, it is like the signal is not getting sent to DSD? Also today is the first time I have seen this Target and Source combination, and it is quiet active.
