So I finally got back to messing around with Unitrunker. I have found that I am still fighting with a problem that I was having with it before. On the Delaware 800MHz system, it decodes the group and individual id's just fine. On the Salem county system, I can decode the group id's, but the radio id never shows up. Occasionally I will get a radio id here or there, but for the most part they don't decode. I have between 96-99% decode rate. Any ideas or suggestions?
Thanks, Ryan

Low decode rate would cause this - which isn't the problem here. Please turn on logging, let in run for a while; send the log file to unitrunker@radioreference.com.
The log file may produce some clues.

Hi Ryan;

Thank you for the logs. I've already replied by email by for the benefit of others I'll rehash the fix.

Any time you discover or begin monitoring a new system - fill in the frequency of the control channel. Use the [F]ind -> [C]hannel menu sequency to type in the LCN # of the active control channel to edit the channel information. Tab over to the Frequency field and fill in the channel's frequency. [Alt] to save. For Motorola decoding - this provides a critical hint to disambiguate different types of Motorola trunking.

Just wanted to follow up and say that adding the frequency as described above resolved my troubles. Thanks for the help as always
