Unitrunker just stopped after working fine for over a year

I have two RTL2832U dongles on my Windows 10 computer and reception of my local public service users has been fine for over a year. Today, I turned on DSDplus and Unitrunker as I usually do and the scanner read "stopped." I pressed the 'start' arrow and nothing. The fixed channel reads "running." I turned everything on and off several times. There is no source audio in DSD plus, according to the flatlined chart.
I think it's something simple.
Any thoughts?

I know Windows 10 20H2 was pushed out to one of my installed systems, as I don't use VAC (ever) I can only surmise that an update broke something?

I think my local trunking users may have changed from P25 phase 1 to phase 2. The DSD plus message center says that P25 phase 1 decoding is enabled. Could that be the issue? This is Montgomery County, MD. If so, do I have to somehow get DSD plus to decode Phase 2? How would I do that?

Funny coincidence. I just had an issue tonight where both dongles quit working and I had an error on one of the USB devices in the Windows 10 device manager. After some research online, I found that right-clicking and uninstalling the device and re-booting Windows fixed it.

Montgomery County MD migrated to a P25 Phase 2 system from a SmartZone system a few weeks ago. Along with that, new control channels were implemented.

It is definitely the case, and SDRTrunk will receive this system. Due to the frequency spread of this system, 2 SDR dongles will be required.

I am excited to get SDRTrunk installed. Anything to watch out for, anything tricky in the install that you can think of?

It's been a while since I installed the program, but from what I recall it was undramatic. The hardest part was finding the download on the github site. Also be aware that the "voice" dongle will decode two streams by default, one on each of the stereo channels. I usually change this to mono / enable either the left or right channel, but not both.

Thanks. I appreciate the tip. There's a pretty good video on the installation

which will help. I recall that on the DSD set up you had to make sure to mute the control channel. The part that I did, but still didn't fully understand, was the virtual cable thingie. It tended to mess up my computer a bit on the audio side. Glad that's not needed in SDRTrunk.
