Unitrunker LCN's and Frequencies

I have been running Unitrunker for years on a Motorola Type 2 system without any issues. The City i monitor has now upgraded to a Harris P25 system with Motorola subscribers. The problem I'm having is it's a 15 channel system which is displaying 44 LCN's and frequencies in which the frequencies are being duplicated. The list is so long that i can't see who is transmitting and would like to know if there is a solution? I have deleted all frequencies but minutes later they reappear. I have attached pics. P25 trunk system with Phase I and Phase II support - each frequency will show up three times: Phase I channel, Phase II channel (slot 1), Phase II channel (slot 2)
