In the past when I've run Unitrunker (newer and retro version) and let it listen to a new Type II system, the Frequency section for all the voice and control frequencies populates automatically along with the LCN data. All I usually have to do is go in and label the talkgroups manually and do some basic configuration of the program to get it how I want it. I recently did a fresh install of the program on a computer I'm going to use just for radio stuff and now that information, except for the LCN data, will not populate on its own. All I see are zeroes in the Frequency column and one LCN highlighted in red with "Frequency Needed" in the Audience column.

I upgraded the program to the latest version last night and was able to import the system from Radio Reference but am still missing some of the frequency data from the Frequency column (including the control frequency). I am also seeing calls in the columns that have no frequency data. The system I am monitoring was recently rebanded and I deleted the system entirely, changed the band plan, and re-imported it but that doesn't seem to have totally fixed it.

What am I doing wrong?

If most Motorola systems in your area have rebanded, set your default 800 MHz bandplan to Rebanded (main Options tab).

When you see "Frequency needed!" on the site window, the program is asking you to provide that information. Click the cell with the 0.0000 frequency, press F2 to enter edit mode, backspace over the zeroes and enter the control channel frequency.

Thanks for the reply!

I had already done what you described previously and am still getting the same results. I'm not sure if this helps narrow it down, but I took some screenshots of what's going on and how I have everything set up. Also, there is no information under the Band Plan tab. Do I need to manually enter that information as well?

Screenshot 1 with TG "East 1" and no frequency information:

That worked perfectly. Thank you! I always make the assumption that it's easier to do most of this sort of stuff manually and I often overlook wizards.

I'm really liking the new release as well.

Thanks again.
