I have got Unitrunker up and running with the pro-106. Pretty slick setup with the Radioreference download. Being able to run unitrunker and have the scanner also scan and hear Weber simo is great. Is this the same on Gre psr/500?

I looked at the pro-106 but I am unfamiliar with how to program it. It is completely different than any scanner I have had prior to this one and I am not familiar with how to program it.

Can someone please assist or where can I find instructions on how to program it?

The quickest and easiest way is with software, both of these have a 30 day free trial, you'll need the programming cable though.

I should have mentioned with the software, you can import frequencies and trunked systems right from Radio Reference into the software, save it, add , subtract, edit, whatever, and upload the info right into the scanner, and you'll have the file to update, edit, add to, for the future. And someone from your area might have a file setup and if they attach it to a message, you can load it into the software, then upload to the scanner, I use win500, and it works well for me, good luck!
