LCN 15 looks to be a bad decode or cross-site pollution from another EDACS site.
The hit count is small and the first/last seen timestamps are almost a year old.
LCN zero is never a valid channel number. The hit count is also small. This may be a bug (rarely occurs but still a bug).
Please delete these two channels from Kingsville site 12. If you can, please turn on decode logging (on the signal receiver). If this or any other bogus LCNs appear, please send me a decode log covering the first/last seen time stamp.
