Unitrunker Site Decode Question

Greetings. I have a question regarding decoding specific tower site. All my tower sites will pop up the site so you can see activity. But there is one that will pop up and you can’t click on it to see the activity but it logs all the information on it but the site is actively decoding you just can’t see the windows box to see affiliations and talk history etc. Any suggestions why this is the case. Does it on two different computers for the same site and as well with scanner decoding and SDR.

Since you haven't shared the system or site with us it is hard to answer without guessing.

My first guess is the site may be a Phase 2 site, UT does decode the traffic on P2 but doesn't decode/play the audio.

sorry it’s the Minnesota armer system. All phase 1 sites

Perhaps there are no subscriber affiliations with that tower site? Which site is it specifically?
