Any idea what causes the Source ID to not appear on calls? I get the Source ID for Joins, Logouts, Denials and Calls for a while, then it drops on calls and will not come back. I can go back in the archive and instantly the ID appears for calls again, but eventually drops again, sometimes days later. There is nothing wrong with the signal as it is almost always 100%, 98% at lowest and that only lasts a second or two before going back to 100%. The odd thing, to me, is that if I go back to the archive, the Source ID comes back for calls immediately. This seems to be a bug, but I was just curious if anyone else has any suggestions. For reference, this is a Motorola Type II Smartnet system (Federal)
