Units in St Louis County calling dispatch St. Louis.

I have noticed lately that when Duluth/ St.Louis County public safety units call radio they refer dispatch as "St.Louis". The Police/Fire Units in Duluth used to say "Duluth" when calling. Is this because they now have one single dispatch center now?
