Found another similar issue, uploaded new files to:
2012_02_13_DMR_NoTGID - Recorded a Motorola DMR system in Conventional Mode with Digital Code Search. USAP does not display TGIDs (111) or UIDs (listed in Readme).

Hi! ICOM IC-R8600 not supported yet. Please send me R8600 audio files with descriptions like this: file1 - frequency ...., transmission standart, date and time of transmission, etc... Thanks.

Like posted several time after it is compiled it is going to the decision makers at UNIDEN that decide to spend the money or not.

I appreciate that you're taking feedback from folks using your program. But even better if you had a software specification for WAV files. Anyway, I wanted to bring my comments to your attention in case you wanted to go over to that thread and ask the Uniden representative for any other information to help make it easier to write your program.
