Universal Trunker reports ** no signal ** on a Win2K Pro machine.
Setting Data Slicer parameters (DSR, Com1, & Inverted) works fine
w/Trunker, but not Universal Trunker.

Any suggestions on what setting I may be missing?

Thanks.

Run an audio cable from the discriminator tap to the Sound Card input on your computer, UniTrunker does not require a data slicer.

UniTrunker is running in a W2K window.

I did eventually get UniTrunker to work running the tap to the sound card. It may be more of a curiosity, but I'd still like to run with the data slicer since Trunker goes that route. UniTrunker seems to have support for a data slicer with the pin and COM port settings.

Hi Tony;
The program includes a slicer driver for operating on 2K and XP but the driver has been very problematic for many folks. It's experimental at best.

Rick -

Thx for the heads-up. I was able to find references to the driver issues in past posts. I was just hoping something had changed with a subsequent version.

Good software. It uses much less CPU resources than Trunker allowing the PC to still perform other functions.
