I am aware of RR.com's rules for what not to stream but what about university police? Technically they are private institutions correct? What about an airports police and fire ops? My guess is airport comms are considered off limits although they may not be encrypted? Question is for broadcasting over the internet only. I'm just looking for some opinions on these.
