You got my attention back in June with this post but all I could do with my trusty PRO-97 was verify the system ID and do some casual monitoring. In August I picked up a PRO-2052 and started using the excellent ID Tracker program to record and ID talkgroups. That led to my first ever discriminator tap and now I'm having a blast with Universal Trunker and Trunker!
Here's a copy of my submission for the UWF system.
Altpensacola is more than welcome to use this info on his excellent local Pensacola web site. He currently has four of the frequencies, four of the TGs, and one TG identified.

News Update:
-Talk group info was obtained by using ID Tracker to record audio over a two month period from September to October, 2006. Channels were confirmed using Universal Trunker over a three week period in November, 2006
-The control channel rotates just past midnight in a repeating sequence of 859.4625, 858.4625, 857.4625, 859.4625,... The changeover happens at 12:09 A.M. CDT.
-The most active frequencies are 857.4625, 858.4625, and 859.4625. When the system is not very active all comm takes place on the two freqs not being used as the control frequency. When the system gets active, additional voice traffic starts showing up on 856.4625.
-856.4625 has voice and phone patch traffic.
-855.7375 has the system CW ID. It is incorrectly sending the ID KNBL842 which is for the expired UWF FCC license. This frequency also has phone patch traffic. Trunker identifies the channel as being used for the CW ID and has it associated with the 6D37 site.
-854.4625, and 854.9125 were added to the FCC license on 9/23/2006. The license does not yet have a Buildout Notification date and they don't seem to be active yet so they're not listed above.
-TG 272 simulcasts all Escambia County Sheriff traffic received on 460.275. This is their Mutual Aid channel and has traffic such as "Escambia county all units, armed robbery in progress at... All units responding switch to channel....". UWF Police can monitor this comm and talk to other UWF Police officers on TG 272 but I have never heard a patch allowing comm between UWF Police and Escambia County deputies.
-TG 368 Blue Light call boxes has a voice ID of the call box location. Then the Police dispatcher initiates voice comm on TG 368 with the person at the call box. The call boxes are tested in groups of 5 or 6 several times a day.
