The last couple of days I've been hearing from time to time a few unit's radio IDs that is 21XX, I've heard them a few times on F-KHP-2.

Does anyone have any idea what these units are?

I think those are the Motorist Assist vehicles we occasionally see rolling the Interstates.

Several years ago I found this while looking for something to do with KHP. I think it's still pretty well correct.

I use that a lot, however, didn't 21xx unit, unless I missed it.
