Well, been playing with my SDR dongle and some of my EDACS radios. Trying to decode a chirp, looks like GFSK and maybe like a control channel for trunking.
I suspect this is originating from a pole mounted radio device, maybe a bi directional amp not sure though.
There is incredibly little digital radio where I live save for some state police and fire. These radio devices are systematically place all over town as many towns, suspecting part of firstnet. I can't seem to do screenshot but would like to know more about what I am seeing if anyone can clue me in.
Here is a pole box about 400 yards away if anyone knows what these are. More about the data I am getting later.
Thanks.89346

That is a mesh network node. May be for some citywide 802.11 type WiFi network.

It is NOT FirstNet. FirstNet is a cellular system running under the AT&T wireless system.

That looks to be a repeater or node in a smart metering network. Could be for gas or electric meters.

Landis+Gyr make similar units. Here is a youtube video showing an overview of their mesh system.
