unknow use of buttons on PRO-164

Hi, I can't find a expalantion for 2 buttons on my 164, tune, and pse. Also does the att mode help or ditract from channe search, I really can't tell what that truly means,

"pse" is the pause button to "hold" on a conventional frequency or Talk group on a Trunked system. "press for hold for a second or 2 to hold & press again to continue Scanning.

Hi Mike
The PSE button will pause the scan when in search mode so you can stop the scanner on a freq when you find something you want to listen to. The PSE also works to pause on a talk group when scanning a trunked system. The Tune button will allow you manually tune up or down using the arrows when you are in PSE mode. I.e. if you pause on a freq and it is not clear you can hit tune which will put the scanner in fine tune mode and by pushing the up arrow or down arrow you can step up or down to the next freq.

Thanks, I haven't downloaded any trunking stuff yet, I finnaly got the conventional down. I will try trunking very soon and see hao wthat goes.
