I have picked up 138.1375 and 138.9875 MHz on Close Call on my SDS 100 in Fort Erie Ont. The audio is analog. He was saying he would be off in Fort Erie (Call sign 5 Charlie 310, was on 138.9875 MHz) and (138.1375 was ??? something at the beginning I could not make out then Yankee -Tango something).
Are these OPP frequencies I picked up on close call?

Looks like inputs to FleetNet, and looks like your Step size is set to Auto and following the American spacing. Perhaps modify it to 5 kHz Step.

Actual frequencies with correct step would be 138.135 and 138.990 and if the 4.02MHz offset
convention for that part of the band is applied, Fleetnet repeaters 142.155 and 143.010 result, which
are for Zone 1 Fonthill site.

The -4.02MHz TX offset is not a rule, many exceptions exist. For a while I made some effort to figure this out
from the Fleetnet channel numbers sent out by the system.

Thanks Dave for the Information I will add these to my list.

BTW Steve you can easily find other inputs in that range with mixed analog/digital activity which
your scanner can decode. There are also Fleetnet inputs in the 148-150MHz range.
