Harmonic from a station on 880 kHz perhaps?
I couldn't boost the audio loud enough to hear your 1760 sample well enough so 880 is just a guess!

There's a possibility here that if you are using the SDRPlay and the MFJ loop that you are overdriving it. Back off the gain and see if the 1760 station disappears. If it does, you have your answer.

Thanks everyone for the information I am using SDRplay and the MFJ loop, the next time If I see this again I will drop the gain down and see what happens.
