Unknown 700mhz activity being monitored.

I thought it was Washington state. Now I'm not sure. Since I have no clue as to where these communications are originating .I am hoping that posting here,might help. . Here's what I know

Silent hold up northeast woodenville Duvall road. (police)
Do control channels have p.l tones? I have a frequency of 775.00625 p.l 118.8

"Delta baggage claim " mentioned.

I am using the search function of my PSR 500 for this activity. if I knew how to program in a control channel into a scan list,manually, I'd do it.

I am monitoring from Bainbridge island Washington,near Seattle. I will modify this thread as needed with additional information. Any help at all would be appreciated!

Don't waste your time. He won't believe you. Some people have told him Woodinville is in Washington state and some unique named street is in Seattle. Those are names he's heard, but no soap. He doesn't believe them.
