So i was messin around with dsd+ today and kept seeing a blip on the waterfall so i went to it and its some lady sometimes is talking to someone and every once in a while she reads off a number...and a few minutes later she says the next number, such as 88....89. I cant figure out what the conversations are so im sure its not a tow company, taxi cab, emergency service or what as she never reads off address or places or anything to id what shes doin. It comes up as IDAS in dsd+ but the frequency doesnt look right and im sure its not ghosting as there are no nearby channels with anything on them. I tried to search the freq on fcc database but i didnt get anything (i didnt think i would cause its an odd freq). Thanks for any help..BTW in in Delaware county.
