I can pretty much identify any type of CC, but not hearing anything on that frequency normally. I might have heard something during enhanced conditions, will check my notes. If possible could someone record it and post here... is it still there?

Checked TAFL for Quebec also, nothing obvious. Anything such as RENIR, MRC des Collines etc. would not be listed anyway.

As I can hear the other two repeaters from the Lavant site (159.765 and 163.155) fairly well, but nothing on 164.415, wondering if what you hear is coming from somewhere else.

A few months back, my records show a bit of NXDN 9.6k voice channel activity on 164.415. It was during a weekday. No system information on this yet, and cannot hear anything on there now.
