Unknown Digital Mode 170.0625 MHz

Likely location is Mt Tam, so there should be wide coverage over the Bay Area. Sounds sort of similar to a Motorola Control channel but doesn’t decode.

Is anyone familiar with this digital mode and know what it’s used for?

Can anyone post an audio sample to aid with identification?

Good signal here in Fremont which is consistent with Mt. Tam. My 996P2 could not decode it. I'll try and create a file later today.
