Unknown digital signal ??? 40 meters

I was listening to 40 meters and picked up this digital signal, can any one tell my what this is and if it can be decoded. I included a link to a MP4 file with the digital signal

Could be VARA or ARDOP which are both used for Winlink message handling. VARA can also be used with a chat client.

Thanks for the information, I checked the Multipsk decoders and did not see anything that might decode this but I don't think there is a decoder in Multipsk that would decode this. Any way I was just curious on what the signal was. Thanks again. I looked at the web site with all the hf signals and did not see the signal on there.

The page above has samples most of the digital sigs used on the ham bands Amateur Radio - Signal Identification Wiki

MultiPSK definitely won't decode it. Also.. Digital ham radio signals are transmitted in USB mode exclusively on all the bands.
