Unknown DMR System - Shelby/Jefferson County Line

Found the frequency of 856.5625. I believed it popped up as connect plus but as I searched it in the database nothing came back to the general area. Does anyone know what this system?

This is the RCS system. They used to be "Louisville 2 way"...
