I've just started to listen to the "unknown Federal freqs" in the Database, (EDACS 407.0750
seems like a lot of noise, perhaps scrambled.) Identified as ED: CTL-02, before it reverts to my saved ID.
Nothing so far except the weird noise, will continue to monitor this freq.

Is anyone else trying to hear this "service"????

rfmobile,
Thanks for response. Does seem to be an EDACS Control Freq, per Data Base, and yourself.

Nothing but "noise" there so far...
Are you listening to this service like me?
(Everything in the Database is explored by monitoring here. KTM405 which is a DPS Call is
an example. It's on a KKD303 freq but usually comes-up as KTM405 and I'm a few blocks from the DPS HQ!)

It"s a strange and difficult thing to decode the Feds, yet we must try...

Also listening to 407.7750 and nothing, no weird noise either though.
Nada, the sounds of silence...
