Unknown Frequencies, Can Someone Identify?

I found these frequencies while running Sig. Stalker, Well It was actually the thing GRE uses but it was the same thing and found the following frequencies including 700MHZ frequencies, Can someone help Identify them? They were found while passing through Mtn. Home Arkansas and I have no idea what they are, however, ALL but a few of them were data channels... See below

With GRE it identifies what kind they are so I've included that..

Here's what I've found:

796.496875 - P25 Data Channel
854.512500 - Regular Non P25 Data Channel
860.787500 - Voice Channel, Unknown Analog/Digital
866.000000 - P25 Data Channel
869.387500 - Voice Channel, Unknown Analog/Digital

Anyone in the Baxter County, Mountain Home/Central Arkansas Have Any Ideas..??

Ok, Great, Those weren't that important, My MAIN concern was the 700 MHZ one that got me, Especially SINCE they're being auctioned off to Cell Companies AND The PSR isn't supposed to pick up cell, LOL

I don't know if you were picking up an image or what, but that 796.496875 doesn't show up in the FCC database for anywhere in Arkansas. I also searched from .4 to .6 and didn't come up with something, just in case the scanner didn't lock up exactly on frequency.

Hmm...Weird, Strange enough that it was 700 MHZ though....Who knows..
