Hi,
I was listening to my PRO-106 in my office and came across an LTR frequency that I can not find any info about on this site. It is 454.2000 (HR:1 talkgroups heard 1-01-35 and 1-01-34) Heard mention of Brandon Medical Center. So, I searched Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties for witch LTR system thig belongs to and found nothing. Can anyone help me identify this LTR system?

Also I have heard on 464.2000 another LTR talkgroup and it sound like it has some sort of voice inversion on it as nothing is in the clear audio.

Thanks

The 454 Band is the old Paging Band and has recently been part of an Auction, and many new users are popp'n up all over.

Unfortunately, the FCC is not licensing them in the traditional aspect [as we know to a Site with Lat/Lon] but to a Market [like a TV or Radio Station would be]

454.2000 was known as Ch.28 or GH
License Search - Market Based License Search

ULS License - Part 22 VHF/UHF Paging (excluding 931MHz) License - WPVH265 - Wisdom, Avery
Orlando

ULS License - Part 22 VHF/UHF Paging (excluding 931MHz) License - WPVH248 - Wisdom, Avery
Jacksonville

454.2 in pinellas and hillsborough may be Critical Internvention Services on Telecom Network WPOK542.

464.2 comes back to:
1. In Pinellas, the Don Cesar in Pinellas County (WQDC601 25 watts for 462.125, 463.375, 464.2, 464.8)

2. In Hillsborough it comes back to TBA Comm and could be leased to anyone (WQCD926 25 watts for 451.3, 452.2125, 452.775, 464.2, 464.7625, 464.950) and a Tampa law firm (WPXH698 25 watts 464.2)

3. In Sarasota county, it comes back to Capri Isle Golf (WPT4637 40 watts for 464.20)

The channel you hear may be TBA Comm is offering voice inversion (or something like that) for its customers for additional costs. No telling who the client is, I guess.

Another channel that may have voice inversion I hear in Pinellas is 452.4 DCS 432 which comes back to Mobile One C&E (WPLU956 75 watts out of Oldsmar) supposedly licensed to BCI Comm and in Hillsborough to BCI Comm (WPQF892 110 watts on 451.5, 451.6, 452.275, 452.4, 452.5).
