Unknown ID on the Palmetto Trunk

I finally got my scanner back from Radio Shack (it was in repair for a screwed up LCD screen) and started to repunch in my frequencies for the local area frequencies. Anyways I heard an ID pop up and checked it against the RR list for the Palmettto trunk but nothing was listed. They mentioned something about Sumter (where I am) and it sounds like some type of transport (maybe medical?). Has anyone heard this one and know what it is?

Edit late on in the day: Damn forgot to mention that the ID I heard was 28080 and heard them mention a while about about Manning so it sounds like something in Sumter/Clarendon County..

New ID's pop up on the system almost every day. I've found two this week. PGM one bank with local tower, lockout all but maybe one or two known ID's that are not too busy. Now you can use that bank to find new ID's. The state has mandated that all PD/FD's have at least one Pal800 radio. Some of course are getting more. The ones I found this week are Mutual Aid for upstate and SC Warning Point. Good Luck, Larry
