Unknown LTR System on 453.1875

Found an unknow LTR system using 453.1875 and the LCN is 1.

Talkgroup being heard is 0-01-102.

System seems to be related to a trucking company or construction company.

System heard in Fort Collins on a 780XLT. The system has a good signal, but sometimes
it does fade in and out.

Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas on this LTR system?
