Am getting weak hits on this in the Niagara Falls area. It's been encrypted so far. The FD in Niagara Falls Canada has this frequency but uses a different Nac.
Any ideas?

Typical users are NPS, USFS, BIA, USF&W and BLM

$293 is such a generic NAC used by so many here in the US Federal Bands.
