Monitored the ORION system's Douglas County simulcast earlier this month and noticed extensive traffic on a few encrypted talkgroups:

These seem to fall in the Pottawattamie County assignment range. Curious if anyone has any insights as to what these talkgroups are used for given the high level of traffic I observed, hundreds of hits over a weekend.
