Trying to figure out what this could be. At the beginning the times are longer, and then it seems to get shorter as time goes on. You think it could be interference from something, or a legit signal? I can try to record it again with audio if needed

I'm here a lot
With that frequency it could be an Amateur Radio satellite (AMSAT).

Don't know for sure, just throwing that out there for consideration.

I recorded another very similar signal, at a slightly different frequency. This time it has audio. The super weird thing is with using USB, you can tell its definitely shifting around frequencies, not using the same two.
I don't know a lot about radio, especially in the amateur bands, but I think I've heard the term frequency hopping somewhere along the lines. I almost wonder if whatever this is, if it isn't using frequency hopping

Too slow for frequency hopping unless its a home brew type set up. Also its at both 29 and 35 or just one of them? this almost sounds like a RF spur generated by a piece of electronics "idling". My first guess would be a WIFI modem checking between two channels and creating the lower freq RF internally. If you can get a distance range on it like is it 100 feet or can you hear it miles away?

I looked at both the segments you captured and hear nothing on them in the Queen and Richmond area. Not using the best of equipment for the test.

It's at 29 and 35 MHz that I've noticed so far. Not sure what other frequencies it's at. Unfortunately, this is on my desktop setup. so I wouldn't really be able to find out if its able to be heard elsewhere. My setup is in the Huron and Highbury area, so yeah might be just in my area.

I kind of thought it might be RP noise or interference

I get it a tiny bit at 16.895. Not as strong, but you can definitely see it

Seeing it on numerous frequencies like this is almost a guarantee it's a spur of some type. Maybe someone else can capture it. I would also try turning off the electronics in the house to see if it suddenly goes away. My suspicion is it's local garbage and can be ignored.
