Unknown Signal 14.890 to 14.910 khz

There is a signal that goes from 14.890 khz to 14.910 khz
Signal is 30 khz wide anyone have idea who or what this is ?

I am hearing this in Orange county New York .

FWIW - I realize I'm too far away now, but nothing heard/seen on the SDR-IQ between those freqs, here in Colorado...

Any chance you have the UTC time for it, makes it easier for people like me to look for it

I heard it at 0140 UTC to at least 0300 UTC before I turned off radio

It is now 0600 UTC signal is not there.

I am using a perseus receiver if that helps any .

At 1131 Z I hear a wide band interference. Can not zero beat a carrier though. Almost sounds atmospheric. Probably my washing machine ;)

Without a bit more detail than that no one is going to be able to tell you what it is. Also, I assume you mean 14.890 MHz to 14.910 MHz, not kHz. That is 20 kHz wide, not 30 kHz.

Now, 20 kHz of BW in that range might possibly be the PLUTO II OTHR out of Akrotiri. But it does not stay on one frequency, it moves around to use propagation to illuminate the desired search/target area.

For identification of unknown utility signals a recording is normally your best bet.
