Unknown TalkGroup ID W. Columbia

I searching ID's today and got the following displayed at the same time on the 996t.
700724-700547 It was on freq. 859.7125.

Any idea what this is? Sounded like SCANA.

he's right, talk between two radios, and it was most likely scana/sce&g, those are the only ones i've seen use the i-call inthe columbia metro area...
