Unknown Talkgroup on South Sound 911

Hi all, a recent unknown Talkgroup " 40191" which sounds like law enforcement dispatch chatter, has been popping up on South Sound 911 system. it only comes across on the Orting tower simulcast.. Any idea who it is? And if so can we add it to the database.

That talk group is a new issue simulcast added to SS911 for FIFE PD, as it allows deputies to talk to them on their own system. It is a simulcast of the recently added Fife TGID on the PSRS system. I would guess we will see other TGID's for other small towns and Tacoma PD start showing up in the future on SS911 like the WSP talkgroups that were added 2 months ago
