Talkgroup 1071 appeared today on the Wmbg/JC/York System. Most of the transmissions were encrypted. However, monitoring the system with PRO96.com revealed the JC Fire Training 1 Handheld was talking to another unknown JC Fire vehicle. The talkgroup was active from 1300 to 1730. I suspect it is a talkgroup for JC Fire Department training. There were some clear transmission. If you are within range of Williamsburg, please add this group for help in identification
