Unknown Talkgroups in Fairfax County

Hi,

I have come across the following Talkgroups for Fairfax County:

17523
17043
17331
16947

17043, 17331 & 16947 come up quite frequently and sound like Police talkgroups but I am not sure for which area.

I don't see them listed at http://www.radioreference.com/modules.php?name=TRSDB&sid=182 Does anyone know who these talkgroups belong to?

Hi,

I have come across the following Talkgroups for Fairfax County:

17523
17043
17331
16947

These are normal TGs with status bits:

17523 = 17520 (Sully Dispatch) with bits 1 and 0
17043 = 17040 (W. Springfield) with bits 1 and 0
17331 = 17328 (Reston) with bits 1 and 0
16947 = 16944 (Franconia) with bits 1 and 0

Take the TGID, divide by 16. Take the whole number part of that and multiply by 16. That's the TGID. (Or just AND the TGID with 65520 (0xFFF0).

All 4 are status bits of base TG's,
16947 is a crosspatch for base ID 16944 FCPD CH-6 Dispatch Franconia
17043 is a crosspatch for base ID 17040 FCPD CH-7 Dispatch West Springfield
17331 is a crosspatch for base ID 17328 FCPD CH-5 Dispatch Reston
17523 is a crosspatch for base ID FCPD Sully Dispatch

Ok, here are some more that have started to appear when using "ID SEARCH"

and then this one which shows up as "723739-722605"

Any one else in Fairfax County picked these up?

You must have a Uniden scanner, those are I-Calls, the last 5 numbers are associated with the ID.
