Unknown Tampa Talkgroups.

I ran Proscan last night to search for some unknown talkgroups and hopefully track down TFD and TPD SAC and Quad. Here is a list of some unknown TGs I have come across.

If anyone knows what these are please post.

1351 - University of Tampa - Safety & Security

1297 - TPD C2C, maybe Sector A (ProVoice, but will have a stray analog transmission once in a while)

569 - HCFR Tac or Training - I've been trying to figure out the official Tac # for years

852 - Hills. Co. Parks Dept./Rangers

497 - Inter-County West Tac -1-?

500 - Inter-County West Tac -4-? (I have Tac 5 confirmed on TGID 501, so 497 and 500 would make sense if these are numbered sequentially)

802 - Hills. Co. Animal Services - West

786 - Hills. Co. Animal Services - East (yes, east site TGIDs do occasionally show up on the west site, and vice versa)

Oh, BTW, I search daily for TFR on the Hills. system. The moment I hear them come online, I'll post it.

Hey, do we know the official names for these, haven't heard them give the name, so far:

1346 --- sometime "arena 1" for inside the arena (inside channel, liason with inside security)
1347 --- i thought i heard "channelside __" or something like that. (outside channel, deals with parking, traffic)

1349 ---- sector c channel inside the b.gardens, tac channel for other sector.c ops?
1350 --- sector c channel outside b.gardens, tac channel for other sector.c ops?

I've got dozens of TGIDs that I don't know the official names for, or I don't know what division of TPD is using them. I've heard Channelside related comms and "Marina" units (as in "Marina5") on 1346 and 1347, just don't know the proper TG names.

I'm thinking 1350 is possibly a D2 SAC TG - I heard a bike theft sting a while back at the Nebraska and Waters area.

As far as 450.5875, I think that went away (for me, at least) when TV switched to digital a while back.

yep, those TG names are tough to come by these days. I wonder if they just pick up specific radios for those shifts without really bothering with the TG names?

Walmart security in pinellas park was hopping at 462.6125 earlier this evening....'tis the season, I suppose!
