Unknown TG found in Miramichi City

So, I hope I am posing this in the right spot . I found a new Talk Group in Miramichi City area, but it is not listed in the database. By the chatter I can't figure out who why are . I was wondering if anyone knows what agency this is from?

Keep recording. I have the same thing in my state. Sometimes it takes listing to a good amount of recording until that magical clue is given and an id can be made.

Another trick, is if you have an SDR dongle, to run Unitrunker on the system and see where else those radio id's on the new tg transmit.
